We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally on your device to track your usage credits. This ID is not linked to your personal identity.
- Email Address (Pro Users): If you upgrade to Pro, we collect your email address solely for subscription management and account recovery.
- Usage Data: We track the number of AI generations per day to enforce usage limits. This data is associated with your anonymous device ID.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store the content of tweets you reply to
- We do not collect or store the AI-generated replies
- We do not track your browsing history or Twitter activity
- We do not collect personal information unless you upgrade to Pro
4. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Providing the AI reply generation service
- Tracking daily usage to enforce free tier limits
- Processing subscription payments (Pro users)
- Enabling account recovery on new devices (Pro users)
5. Data Processing
When you generate a reply, the tweet text is sent to our server, processed by our AI service (OpenAI), and immediately discarded after the response is generated. We do not store, log, or retain the content of tweets or generated replies.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: Powers our AI reply generation. Tweet content is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy.
- Dodo Payments: Handles subscription payments securely. Payment information is processed according to their privacy policy.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
Usage tracking data is retained for the duration of your use of the service. If you uninstall the extension, your local device ID is deleted. Pro user email addresses are retained for subscription management purposes.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request information about data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
